① Types of Personal Information Collected

When registering as a hair model, we record your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and other relevant details. During actual assignments, we may also record photographs and information about your hair characteristics and condition. These records will be stored cumulatively in a manner that allows individual identification.

② Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Your personal information may be used for the following purposes:

• To request participation as a model in events, seminars, and printed materials, and to process model payments
• To request participation as a monitor and to process monitor payments
• To request cooperation in product surveys, and to process related payments or send thank-you gifts
• To confirm and manage the details of services provided to hair models
• To contact you in case of emergencies
• For other purposes stated in Milbon Co., Ltd.'s Personal Information Protection Policy

③ Disclosure and Provision to Third Parties

We will not disclose or provide your registered personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except in cases that fall under Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. When participating as a model in events or seminars, we may disclose your name and past service history with your consent. Information provided through surveys will be used only as statistical data and will not include personally identifiable information.
During hair model and monitor assignments at Milbon Co., Ltd., you may come into contact with hairstylists, agency staff, and other models or monitors. Please note that any information you voluntarily disclose in such situations is not covered by this privacy policy. We ask that you disclose information at your own discretion.

④ Management of Personal Information

We store personal information in a secure environment with appropriate security measures to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration. When necessary for business operations, we may entrust the handling of personal information to companies with whom we have signed confidentiality agreements. Even in such cases, the information will be protected under our personal information protection principles.

⑤ Changes, Corrections, and Deletions to Personal Information

If there are changes to any of the personal information you have registered—such as your name, address, or phone number—that would hinder communication or various payment processes, please notify us so we can update your registration information.
If a model or monitor requests changes or additions to their registered information, we will process the request as specified. Furthermore, if a model or monitor requests disclosure of their registered information, we will, in principle, disclose all registered information (excluding confidential matters related to product development) after verifying their identity. Even after withdrawal, we may retain the minimum necessary information (such as name in katakana, withdrawal date, treatment history, etc.) to ensure product testing safety (allergy risk management) and the smooth operation of monitor activities. This includes verifying past treatment history for the purpose of assessing suitability upon re-registration.
Please also understand that information incorporated into statistical data, etc., used in a form that does not identify individuals, may continue to be used even after withdrawal.
Requests for changes, corrections, additions, or deletions to personal information are handled by the Personal Information Management Officer.
